Consider the kind of leadership we need to deliver. Not long ago, it was often science leadership, in a science enterprise.

Science, and biotech innovation, are still at the heart of the work. However, whether as CEO, or head of R&D, or of the commercial functions, or other areas, we as leaders need to master dramatically greater complexity, and need much broader bandwidth to do so. These challenges were at the heart of the Forum on January 23rd, 2023.
