Paul talked about his own championship of LGBTQ causes as a CEO and leader in the sector.

 

OUTbio, a group he is closely associated with, is a great example of real world social impact. It is the biotech industry’s largest LGBTQ professionals group. Its mission is to empower the LGBTQ community and its allies in biotechnology and affiliated industries. Founded in 2015, it has over 1,200 members across all facets of biotech.
