After years of meaningful connection, Global Counsel Leaders (GCL) is transitioning its relationships, programming, and leadership insights into The Vanguard Network–a peer-driven platform for high-performance executives.


As a valued GCL member, you are invited to join Vanguard and continue the kind of trusted, senior-level dialogue that made GCL unique–now as part of a broader, purpose-built leadership community designed for today’s challenges.

GCL and Vanguard have always shared a core mission: To help senior legal leaders thrive through candid peer conversations, strategic insight, and a trusted professional community.


As GCL winds down, Vanguard is honored to carry forward that mission and to offer GCL members a new home in one of Vanguard’s focused leadership networks.


We continue to work closely with Factor and Leigh Dance to make this network as valuable as possible.

WHAT IS THE VANGUARD NETWORK?

The Vanguard Network convenes senior leaders from legal, compliance, and governance roles to help them lead more effectively through real-world, peer-to-peer conversation.


This is not a training program or a lecture series. We focus on what matters most: how to lead through high-stakes challenges–with your board, your team, your CEO, or your regulators.


Our members include General Counsel, Deputy GCs, Chief Compliance Officers, and Risk Leaders across industries.
