The Vanguard Network will host its next General Counsel Forum, “Seeing Around Corners: The Transforming Role of the General Counsel,” on October 27, 2025, at Dentons US LLP in Chicago.
In a year defined by disruption, the ability to anticipate change has become a defining advantage. This in-person, peer-to-peer gathering will bring together GCs from leading enterprises for a confidential afternoon of candid discussion, case studies, and interactive simulations—no podiums, no presentations.
Topics include navigating the Administration’s evolving agenda, adopting AI responsibly, and redefining risk management as a core GC responsibility.
The Forum is chaired by Tom Sabatino, former GC of Rite Aid, with co-chairs Mike Froy (Dentons) and Kathleen Sweitzer (Trustmark).
