Jatinder is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Digital, Privacy, and Cybersecurity at GSK, where she leads the global legal and compliance team overseeing the company’s digital, technology, and data strategies. She also serves as General Counsel to GSK’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, sits on the Digital & Technology Leadership Team, and is a key member of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Council, helping shape the company’s responsible AI framework.

Her expertise spans AI governance, digital transformation, data ethics, and enterprise privacy risk, making her a valuable addition to the Vanguard Risk Management Network’s mission of helping executives navigate the complex interplay of leadership, technology, and organizational risk.
