Sustainability is one of the most urgent agenda items for our organizations today, yet it is also one of the most intractable. Even defining the scope of the role can be difficult — and often it seems to involve vast responsibilities, with limited authority.

"Dialogue and Action on Sustainability" is a new, significant response to the sustainability challenges. This initiative fills a critical need, bringing together top leaders across sectors to compare experiences, discuss potential approaches to key challenges, and identify action steps.

The Dialogue builds on the expertise of INNOVO Profitable Net Zero, and The Vanguard Network's extensive expertise in convening senior executives in peer-driven, action-oriented conversations.

SCHEDULE

All sessions are virtual and run from 2 pm until 3:30 pm ET, generally on the last Tuesday of the month.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Members are senior executives responsible for the sustainability portfolio.
Launched in January 2024, the network includes:
- Monthly, intimate virtual dialogues
- Curated leadership materials on sustainability
- Access to Vanguard's proprietary library of leadership podcasts, videos and Q&As by C-Suite executives
- Membership of the Vanguard Network of C-Suite leaders
- Peer-to-peer networking and insights among sustainability participants
Monthly topics are chosen by the participants themselves
The program is facilitated by Vanguard and Innovo and focused on priorities set by members
